Eisele INOXLINE – stainless, hygienic, easy-to-clean, sanitary

Stainless steel push-in fittings for food, pharmaceuticals and paints

The stainless steel push-in fittings of the Eisele INOXLINE are manufactured of corrosion-free and acid-resistant stainless steel in high material quality. All parts are completely machined from solid material and are particularly well-suited for hygiene-sensitive applications in the food and pharmaceutical industry. Based on the design of our proven standardised pneumatic connectors Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel push-in fittings can be easily and completely cleaned, thanks to the stainless materials used and the surface treatment.

EISELE INOXLINE

INOXLINE also includes stainless threaded connections that are dead-zone free and joint-free. Due to the sanitary design production residues cannot remain. Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel push-in fittings and stainless threaded connections are also easily cleanable from the outside, due to precise surface processing. Stainless Eisele INOXLINE components can also be used in sterile environments. The quality workmanship and the low manufacturing tolerances of our stainless steel push-in fittings and stainless threaded connections are particularly noticeable in the INOXLINE products.

Use in hygiene-sensitive areas

Quality made in Germany and a long service life set the Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel components apart from conventional push-in fittings for compressed air, vacuum, gases and fluids that are offered on the market. INOXLINE includes stainless steel push-in fittings with one or two seals, stainless threaded connections and accessories. In the Series 17 and 17a of the INOXLINE a large selection of different stainless steel push-in fittings for compressed air is brought together. Series 17 includes stainless steel push-in fittings with a release sleeve. Particularly smooth surfaces and the special design prevent dirt and other residues from adhering and facilitate exterior cleaning. The Series 17A is similarly structured, however due to a second seal this stainless steel push-in fitting is primarily used for applications where special requirements are imposed on leak-tightness and for applications involving high pressures or fluids. The material used is stainless steel 1.4301/07, on request also stainless steel 1.4404.

The dead-zone free series 3600 stainless threaded connections and the jointless Series 3800 stainless threaded connections are configured for use with fluid media, for example with food products are pharmaceutical products. They are manufactured of stainless steel 1.4404 and can be very effectively cleaned in the interior. Outer diameters up to 22 millimetres enable trouble-free delivery with adequate pressure. These stainless connections are suitable for pressures from zero to 25 bar and temperatures between zero and 100 degrees Celsius. An additional series of stainless threaded connections, the Eisele INOXLINE 1600 of material 1.4301/07, is specially tailored for use with paints and has proven itself for ten years in paint shop applications.
