Stainless steel fittings also withstand deionised water

Laser cutting and laser welding have stringent requirements for corrosion resistance of the coolant connections. Weld spatter and sparks, or the combustion gases and aerosols in the vicinity of the weld seam or kerf can affect the coolant connections. The stainless steel connectors of the Eisele INOXLINE are the perfect choice here. Especially in laser applications, which often use deionised water for cooling, they achieve very long life cycles and reduce maintenance intervals. This is due to their high resistance to severe temperature fluctuations, excellent corrosion protection and resistance to damage by most types of media.

Stainless steel connectors of Series 17 and 17A of Eisele’s INOXLINE with a release sleeve are especially suitable for this application.

Installations in harsh conditions are best equipped with the screw-in-fittings of the LIQUIDLINE Series 2500, 4500 or 5500 of dezincification resistant brass, stainless steel, or aluminum. The screw-in fittings fulfil special requirements for tube holding power. Due to their patented screw-in connection technology with one seal of FPM and one collet that holds the tube without damaging it, the tubes remain securely connected with no leaks even in the event of frequent vibrations or movements of the tube. And yet, they can easily be disconnected and reconnected even after extended periods.
