Millions of the BASICLINE connectors have withstood the test of time for supplying compressed air and in use with vacuum especially in welding applications and harsh industrial environments, and they operate without leaks or failures even in adverse ambient conditions. With one seal ring, the push-in connectors with a release sleeve are suitable for compressed air from -0.95 to 16 bar. With two seal rings the push-in connectors of the 14A series can even withstand pressures up to 24 bar. For fluids, under certain conditions, applications up to 100 bar are possible. In addition, a large selection of special seals and tubes enables application-specific solutions, made to measure.
Numerous versions of elbow fittings
The diversity of versions and technical details makes it possible to find the perfect solution for almost any application. Numerous components from Eisele’s extensive portfolio are also available as elbow fittings. Diverse versions of the elbow fittings facilitate tube installation in applications with limited space. In addition to a broad range of thread types (M, G, NPT and R) they are also available in different versions for almost every application. Many custom solutions have been developed, as well. In addition to straight and T-connectors, the series of the BASICLINE also include numerous elbow fittings, such as the elbow screw-in connector of black anodised aluminium or brass. In addition, swivelling versions with an angle of 90° or 45° are available in different lengths (optionally with a hexagon socket) as well as elbow plugs and spigots, elbow force-fittings and bulkhead connectors.
LIQUIDLINE elbows for coolant supply
But not only the BASICLINE includes a diversity of elbow fittings. The successful LIQUIDLINE also offers elbow components with the same construction and features as those of the BASICLINE. The LIQUIDLINE was specially developed for coolant supply and for welding gases and inert gases. LIQUIDLINE components are available in dezincification-resistant brass as well as aluminium and stainless steel. In addition, Eisele has expanded the product line to include 45° and 90° elbows made of brass or stainless steel and designed with optimised flow properties. In comparative tests, the swept screw-in elbows achieved significantly better flow rates than conventional elbow fittings, since there is no turbulence and no obstruction of the flow to prevent heat dissipation. The elbow components of the LIQUIDLINE are suitable, for example as coolant connections in welding processes, in power electronics or in high-frequency induction heating systems. The stainless steel connectors of the INOXLINE are the optimal choice for applications with special requirements for corrosion resistance. They are designed for very long life cycles and reduced maintenance intervals. Elbow fittings are available in the INOXLINE series 17, 17A, 1600 and 3800.
