The push-in fittings of the Eisele INOXLINE are made of high quality non-corrosive and acid-resistant stainless steel. All parts are machined entirely from solid material and are particularly well-suited for hygiene-sensitive applications in food and pharmaceutical environments, as well as processing technology. Based on the design of our time-proven standard components, the materials and surface treatment of Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel connectors makes them thoroughly easy to clean and extremely corrosion resistant. It includes push-in fittings with one or two seals, screw-in fittings and accessories.

The INOXLINE also includes stainless steel fittings designed with minimal dead zones or joints to prevent the accumulation of product residue. Another impressive feature of the stainless steel connectors is that they are designed for easy exterior cleaning. The quality workmanship and the low manufacturing tolerances of our stainless steel connectors are particularly noticeable in the INOXLINE products.

Types

Quality made in Germany and a long service life set the Eisele INOXLINE apart from conventional stainless steel connectors for compressed air, vacuum, gases and fluids that are available on the market.

Product lines 17, 17A and the INOXLINE offer a large selection of different stainless steel connectors. Series 17 includes push-in fittings with a release sleeve. Particularly smooth surfaces and the special design prevent dirt and other residue from accumulating in the stainless steel connectors and facilitate exterior cleaning. The special sealing technology of Series 17A with two FKM seals is ideal for use under high working pressures, and offers additional protection of the system by preventing penetration by impurities. The minimum dead-zone stainless steel connectors of Series 1600 and the minimum joint stainless steel connectors of Series 3800 are designed for use with fluid media.

 Requirements

Eisele’s INOXLINE is the connection system with special technology for the food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as for use with aggressive media or paints. The INOXLINE features very fast and reliable assembly and easy disassembly of pneumatic tubes. The fittings of the Eisele INOXLINE feature impressive quality and workmanship. These stainless steel push-in fittings provide a lasting and reliable seal even in environments with high humidity and temperature fluctuations. They can come into contact with splashing water, chemicals and cleaners on a daily basis without corroding. The material also features good hygienic properties.
