EISELE LIQUIDLINE

Screw-in and push-in fittings of brass, aluminum and stainless steel

Connectors for coolant applications

The Eisele LIQUIDLINE offers the most extensive line of screw-in and push-in fittings for coolant applications on the market. High-quality craftsmanship and low production tolerances set the Eisele LIQUIDLINE – quality made in Germany – apart from the coolant fittings of other manufacturers. The Eisele LIQUIDLINE is designed for long-term operation with no leaks or corrosion even under harsh ambient conditions.

Push-in coolant fittings and diverse other connections are supplemented by compatible tubes. Especially for high stress conditions such as in welding applications, flame-retardant and robust ProWeld tubes made of polyether-polyurethane are used. Accessories for the product line include colour-coded sleeves to eliminate the risk of incorrect connection of coolant fittings, a pipe/tube adapter for the transition from pipes to tubes and special parts for the transition from oval copper cooling coils to tubes.

 Properties

The coolant connections are made of dezincification-resistant brass, seawater-proof aluminum or stainless steel. FKM (Viton) is used for the seal material. LIQUIDLINE push-in coolant fittings are resistant to high temperatures, aggressive aqueous media and many other substances. The full nominal size inside the fitting ensures high flow rates.

Types

To provide connections for diverse applications, Eisele also offers Series 4500 and 4600 with push-in and screw-in coolant fittings made of highly resistant stainless steel. Series 5500 with screw-in fittings of seawater-resistant aluminum is designed for use in combination with aluminum heat sinks. We offer special swept screw-in elbows of brass or stainless steel for extra high flow rates.

 Requirements

The robust design of the Eisele coolant fittings allows use in coolant circuits for welding applications, in laser heads, and in transformer coolant circuits. When choosing materials the specific application and local ambient conditions should always be taken into account. We will be glad to assist you with! Information to help you with the choice of materials is also available in our LIQUIDLINE catalogue.
