The protection of your privacy in the handling of personal data is an important matter of concern to us that we take into account in our business processes. This data protection policy therefore explains the type, scope and purposes of the acquisition and utilisation of personal data by us, Eisele Pneumatics GmbH + Co. KG as the responsible offerer on our website (hereinafter "offer"). We process personal data acquired during visits to our website in accordance with the data protection regulations of the Federal Data Protection Law and the Telemedia Law.
Access data / server log files
We (and/or our webspace provider) acquire data about every access to the offer (server log files). Access data includes the name of the requested web page, file, date and time of the request, transferred data quantity, report of successful request, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the page last visited), IP address and the requesting provider.
We use this protocol data only for statistical analyses for the purpose of the operation, safety and optimisation of our offer. We reserve the right, however, to review the protocol data at a later time if there are specific grounds for a justifiable suspicion of illegal use.
Handling of personal data
Personal data refers to information that can be used to identify an individual, i.e. information that can be traced back to an individual. We acquire, use or forward such personal data only if permitted by law or if you approve of the data acquisition.
When establishing contact with us (for example through a contact form or e-mail) your information is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for the event that follow-up questions arise.
We use the newsletter to inform you about us and our offers. If you wish to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to check whether you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and/or that its owner agrees to receipt of the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. This data will be used only for sending the newsletter and will not be forwarded to third parties.
Your consent to saving of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. Revocation is possible via a link in the newsletters themselves or by notifying us using the contact information provided above.
Embedded services and third-party content
It can happen that third-party content, such as YouTube videos, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are embedded in our offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter "third-party providers") see the IP address of the user, since without this IP address the content in question could not be sent to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of this content. We endeavour to use only such content for which the respective third-party providers use the IP address only for delivery of the content. However, we have no control over saving of the IP address by third-party providers, e.g. for statistical purposes. If we are aware of this, we inform the users of our offer accordingly.
Revocation, changes, corrections and updates
On request we will provide you with information free of charge about your personal data that has been saved. In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data and to lock and delete your personal data, if it is not subject to record keeping requirements.
