Painting applications require minimum dead zone connection systems. In corners, edge areas and dead angles of tubes and pipes, accumulations of paints and lacquers would quickly cause problems and breakdowns, hindering the media flow. In addition, even minimal mixing with the previous colour causes color distortions or irregular surfaces in the following painting process.

Eisele developed INOXLINE Series 1600 especially for this reason. Manufactured from stainless steel 1.4301/07, it was specially adapted for use with paints and has been proven over ten years of practical application. The material provides for the necessary durability and especially smooth surfaces.

As screw-in fittings with a tube, the products of Series 1600 offer a maintenance-friendly and flexible alternative to conventional pipework and are designed for both fast assembly and easy cleaning. The minimum dead zone construction means that only minimal residue remains in the connections.
