Quick-release connectors of non-corrosive and acid-resistant stainless steel 1.4404 from the Eisele INOXLINE are ideal for use in the compressed air systems of hygiene-sensitive applications in the food and pharma industries. These connectors withstand even harsh and corrosive operating conditions, for a long service life. The quick-release connector is available without shut-off or with two-sided shut-off and optionally with permanent colour coding. Colour coding prevents inadvertent incorrect connections. The stainless steel quick-release connector has 1/4 inch outer threads for connection to the compressed air network and is designed for pressures up to 10 bar. The same applies to the corresponding push-on nipples. As opposed to the brass version, the outer threads of the stainless steel version are equipped with enclosed O-rings of FPM (Viton), which ensures a particularly reliable seal.
