The sterilisable, minimum joint connectors of Series 3800 made of stainless steel 1.4404 are corrosion resistant and easy to clean. During emptying, only minimal residue remains in the pipe system. The screw-in fittings are also suitable for applications, in which only minimal residue may remain in the pipe system, but do not require a completely dead zone free construction.
The small and compact connectors feature a very simple and reliable sealing principle, without an additional seal on the tube. They are non-corrosive, acid resistant and feature full flow. They enable fast media changes since they can be emptied easily and with minimum residue. Series 3800 is also suitable for the connection of pipes.
For highly corrosive media, other stainless steel varieties are available, and the threaded fittings can be manufactured to customer specifications. Options include patented colour coding of the fittings and integrated valve technology with a check valve or throttle function.
