Cooling water circuits place special requirements on the connections and lines used. To meet these requirements, Eisele offers a special product line for coolants – LIQUIDLINE.  In order to enable particularly high flow rates at 90° or 45° angles, the proven LIQUIDLINE connections have been supplemented by flow-optimised swept screw-in elbows.

GUARANTEED FREE FLOW

For maximum cooling performance the time proven all-metal threaded fittings have been combined with swivelling 90° or 45° elbows as the centre piece. 
They are particularly suitable for cooling water applications in power electronicswelding processes or high-frequency induction heating systems..

  • Series 4600 made of acid-resistant and non-corrosive stainless steel 1.4404
  • Serie 2600 made of dezincification resistant brass

MAXIMUM FLOW RATE FOR COOLING WATER

Since there is no turbulence and no obstruction of the flow to prevent heat dissipation, the swept screw-in elbows achieved in comparative tests better flow rates than conventional elbow fittings.
